At Ajmal Perfumes India, we strive to ensure your satisfaction; however, due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrances, we only accept returns for products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please initiate your request within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order ID and clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
- 2.Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your submission to verify the issue; once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your registered address.
- 3.Package Preparation
Ensure the perfume bottle is unused and placed back in its original brand packaging with all security seals, accessories, and invoices intact for the courier.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
